Plant Information:

Please review our shop policies, shipping and handling times, the description, and care instructions of the plant(s) you are interested in as the information for each product may vary. While all of our plants can live long & healthy lives with the right care, some varieties require more attention than others.

Please note that you will not receive the exact plant in the product photo. The plant appearance may differ as each plant is unique. Tropical Sprouts does not guarantee the exact height of the plant or the number of leaves that the plant will be delivered with. The minimum height we ship our plants is 2" tall.

We take great care in packaging our plants for safe travels. Please note that it is normal for a shipped plant to arrive with a yellow/dead leaf or two. Shipping may cause the plant some stress; Tropical Sprouts does our best to minimize that stress by shipping each plant 1-4 day Priority. Once settled in your home, your plant(s) should have new growth and be thriving within a few weeks! We have found that the plants can bounce back very quickly.

Shipping Policy:

Handling Time: All existing orders are shipped Mondays-Wednesdays each week. We aim to ship all orders out within 2 business days, but can be up to 5 business days during our busy season.

(Standard) USPS Priority Mail: Estimated 1-4 business day delivery. (Must purchase at least 2 plants for free Priority Mail shipping. Can be any 2+ plants that we offer).

(Upgrade) USPS Priority Mail Express: Estimated 1-2 business day delivery

We do not ship plants to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. Territories during the cold months (November-March). We do not ship internationally. Edible and fruiting plants cannot be shipped to the state of Hawaii. Blueberry Plants cannot be shipped to Washington state.

Tropical Sprouts & USPS do not guarantee delivery times or estimated delivery dates. We package & water our plants to withstand most delivery delays should your package get stuck in transit. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding the shipping carrier or tracking information.

If the tracking number shows that the package has been "delivered" to the given address, we cannot reship the order. If this situation does happen, we recommend checking around your home/yard, and asking neighbors if they received your plants on accident. If you have no luck there, please contact your local USPS to see if they have any further information on where your package may be.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your order, please message us before your order is shipped and we can cancel it for you. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel. If you find that there is an issue with your shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible. Once the product is shipped, changes cannot be made to the address. 

Replacement/Refund Policy:

If your plant has arrived damaged, has completely died, or if you have any other concerns regarding the plant’s health please notify us within 24 hours of USPS delivery. In addition, lease provide at least 1 image of the plant in its original packaging that clearly shows the issue. Once we have been notified, we may ask that you give the plant extra care & time to see if it recovers, and/or we may offer you a replacement/refund. Tropical Sprouts is not responsible for any plants that have been removed from their original wrapping and/or if 24 hours have passed since USPS delivery.

Return Policy:

Tropical Sprouts does not accept returns on any of our plants once they leave our facility.
