This rare variety of elephant ear is prized for its long narrow leaves, something that is not often seen! The young leaves start off similar to other Alocasia species, with the distinctive heart-shape. As this plant matures however, the leaves lengthen out so that they are pointed at one end and more full on the other, like that of a dragon’s tooth. The foliage is a vibrant green and the leaves appear almost waxy.
